The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 redefines what a smartphone can be. Released July 2025, it is the thinnest and lightest Samsung foldable ever — just 8.9mm when folded and an astonishing 4.2mm when open — lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra at only 215g. The redesigned Armor FlexHinge is thinner, stronger, and reduces visible creasing on the display.

Open it up to reveal an expansive 8.0-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X inner display (2184×1968, 120Hz, 2,600 nits) — a true tablet-like canvas for multitasking with up to three windows simultaneously. For the first time in the Fold series, the Z Fold 7 packs a flagship 200MP main camera with ProVisual Engine, delivering the same level of photography normally reserved for Ultra models. The 12MP ultrawide and 10MP 3× telephoto complete a capable triple camera system. Gemini Live is right there when you open the phone — point the camera at anything and get real-time AI insights.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy is the brains — blazing fast for Galaxy AI, gaming with ray tracing, and demanding productivity workflows. Flex Mode turns the Fold 7 into a hands-free video call station or a portable movie theatre. The 4,400mAh battery supports 25W wired and 15W wireless charging, running Android 16 with One UI 8 and 7 years of OS updates.
